Sissy loves walks, car rides, and pup cups. She gets along with other dogs and cats (although she occasionally likes to chase them). She is very playful and has a lot of energy, but can totally flip gears and lay on your lap and watch TV for hours! Squeaky toys, balls, and bully sticks are her favorites. Sissy is crate trained, knows basic commands and is very affectionate. Sissy loves to be part of everything and will follow you everywhere. Due to the large number of inquiries we receive, we are unable to respond to emails quickly.

We have an application that requires the potential adopter to wait until their application can be verified. Once everything checks out the adopter comes and picks up their new fur member of the family and signs a contract. One of the highlights of our contract states that if for ANY reason at ANY time they cannot care for the animal, they must return the cat or dog back to Colony Cats (& dogs). Our adoption fees are $125 for kittens 6 months and younger; $75 for kittens over 6 months and adults up to 7 years; $50 for 7 years and older. If adopting 2 kittens/cats at the same time there is a $25 discount. The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Feline Leukemia and FIV tested (cats), heartworm tested (dogs), microchip, flea prevention, vaccinations (FVRCP for cats and DHLPP for dogs), rabies vaccine (if kittens or puppies are old enough to receive a rabies vaccine). If not, the new owner will need to go to their vet to get this done.
