In the shelter’s words

Hello, future family! I'm Kacey, a sweet, happy-go-lucky dog who’s always ready for an adventure, especially if that involves walks, tasty treats, and cozy snuggles. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart full of love, I could be your perfect match! Currently, I’m living in a foster home with my amazing foster parents and three lovely foster furry sisters. I get along great with other dogs, and I'm not one to stir up drama—I prefer to keep the peace! I’m low-key and enjoy being calm, cool, and collected, so I’ll happily step aside if things get tense. No food or toy aggression here—just a big bundle of joy ready to share! If you’re wondering about my energy level—well, I’m definitely a goofball! I get the happiest feet when it's time to eat or when I see you, and I’m always up for a good cuddle session. While I get along wonderfully with other dogs, I could also thrive as the only dog in your life—I’ll be all yours! I’m potty trained and crate trained (I know, I’m pretty awesome!). I’ll let you know when I need to go out by pacing or barking at the door—though, fair warning, I may need a little time to adjust to a new potty routine when I first move in. I'm also a pro on a leash, and I LOVE going for walks or hitting up the dog park. Oh, and did I mention I’m an excellent road trip buddy? I’m so chill in the car, you might forget I’m even there! I’ll just snuggle up in the backseat and enjoy the ride. Key Facts About Me:  Great with dogs  Super friendly and affectionate with adults  Crate trained, potty trained, and leash trained  Not picky about food (bring on the treats!)  Would be happy as your solo dog or a companion to other pups  Cautious with new people (but warm up quickly once I trust you) If you think I could be your perfect companion, let’s meet! I can’t wait to start our forever journey together.
