In the shelter’s words
Meet Dolly, the ultimate bedtime snuggle companion! Bed-sharing enthusiasts, this sweet senior girl was made for you. Name: Dolly Breed: Rat Terrier Mix Age: 13 years young Gender: Female Dolly proves that age is just a number! She is a gentle, affectionate older gal who is looking for a comfy home to spend her golden years. Her absolute favorite activity in the world? Curling up as close as humanly possible to you overnight in a big, cozy king-size bed. If you love warm nighttime snuggles, Dolly is your girl! Her Personality & Highlights: Affectionate Companion: She loves cuddles, affection, and being near her favorite humans. Toy & Treat Friendly: She does great sharing toys and treats with both humans and other dog friends. Low-Key & Loving: At 13, she’s past the chaotic puppy phase and ready to settle into a cozy, quiet routine. Ideal Home & Management: Dolly does have resource-guarding tendencies around her main bowl of food when other dogs are nearby. Because of her possessive food traits with her meal bowl, she simply needs to be fed separately in her own quiet space away from other pets during mealtime. Once dinner is done, she is right back to being her sweet, sharing self! Dolly is ready to bring so much warmth, loyalty, and nighttime cuddles to her forever family. Ready to make your bed a little cozier? Her adoption donation is $125 & will include age-appropriate vaccines, microchip, and spay.
