In the shelter’s words
Hello, I’m Tom. My brother Jerry and I came to our current foster family in July 2026. We are a pair of slender black cats with big paws to grow into. An interesting feature is our white whiskers. I have lots of little white whiskers around my mouth and my brother Jerry has one long white whisker on each side. They are in the center of each side and go straight out looking like a skinny mustache. I am known as Prince Tom at my foster house, a most suitable title. I wear a princely purple collar. I go boneless when picked up and like to gaze at you while I purr. My brother and I are both lap cats who love to play with each other or with anything that could be considered a toy. We can be quite rambunctious. We can’t wait to meet you! We are currently staying in Leesburg with our foster family. There are four humans. Two are big and two are medium (aged 10 and 12). The 2 girls in our foster house dress us up and swaddle us to cuddle. There are also 2 adult male cats and 2 large dogs. Please ask to come meet us! Adoption fee $200, includes: first 2 FVRCP vaccines, deworming, flea preventatives, sterilized, microchip

Our adopters fill out an application that screens for problems that may be detrimental to our cats and kittens. Once the adopter is approved we provide veterinary referrals which help with low cost spays or neuters for the kittens that are too young at the time of adoption. We are always available to help with behavioral issues that arise. We provide numerous information sheets in our adoption folders, plus the medical background of each cat. The only fees involved with our program are adoption fees that offset our veterinary bills.
