Sir Oscar is basically the world’s grumpiest-looking teddy bear—and one of the easiest foster dogs you could ask for. ✨ His Royal Resume: House-trained — No indoor scandals. Crate-trained — Happily retires to his royal quarters. Car enthusiast — Loves riding shotgun like a tiny, deeply concerned security guard. ❤️ Loyal companion — Give him a human to love and a kingdom to supervise, and he is THRILLED. Medically vetted — Sir Oscar has been thoroughly vetted, neutered, vaccinated, and has already had his entropion surgery. His royal healthcare has been handled, and he is ready for his forever home!
