A HANDSOME & SWEET BOY: Approx. 1 year old / Approx. 30 lbs. Hi, I'm Billy! I came to Mostly Mutts when I found myself in need of a new home. I'm enjoying my time with the nice volunteers here who spend time with and take great care of me—they are so much fun to hang out with! Now I'm ready to find a wonderful family of my very own, where I can love and be loved furever! I hope to meet them very soon and charm them with my cuteness! I've been selected to participate in the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience off-site and am learning a lot! Please inquire at 770-272-6888 to find out when I'm available to meet. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them, so if you have a nice dog at home already, let's meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven't met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let's meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a handsome, happy boy with soft fur, an adorable face, and a whole lot of love waiting to share! I'm a little shy when meeting new people, but if you greet me calmly and quietly it will give me time to get comfortable. I was an absolute sweetheart for my bath, staying calm and even giving kisses while I was being pampered. I'm also a curious, energetic boy who gets excited about exploring the world. Underneath my soft fur is the sweetest boy who wants to feel safe, make friends, and give his people lots of love! / Energy level: 4-6. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the 'sit', 'down', 'leave-It', and 'come' commands. I also use proper door etiquette, and you can teach me lots more as I love to learn! I'm currently working on my leash manners as I do pull. Let's continue my training with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs! / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts. / I'm doing pretty well with my potty manners on the shelter schedule with a few accidents. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I enjoy playing with toys and hanging out in my dog bed. I also love sitting with you, climbing into your lap for snuggles, and giving you lots of kisses. I'm sure we'll discover lots more things we like doing together in our new home! / Like all dogs, I'm sure I wouldn't like it if I didn't get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I'm a wonderful fellow looking for a wonderful home and family that will make me a very important member of the family. My adoption fee is $299.00, and I'm located in Kennesaw, Ga.

Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption's Adoption Process Our facility is currently open to the public Monday-Saturday, 11-3. We welcome you to come meet our adoptable Mutts & Kitties! Please keep in mind the following: Many of our adoptable Mutts & Kitties are in foster homes, so please call 770-272-6888 to find out if the pet you are interested in is at our facility. With an approved application we can set up meet & greets and adoptions with a pet in foster care. We are not yet up to full ‘staffing’ following the pandemic, so there may be times when we cannot do meet & greets or process an application on the spot. The best first step is to submit an application via www.mostlymutts.org. Our adoption counselors are happy to help make a great match for you and your family! Adoption Info: Adoptions are being scheduled for approved applicants, by appointment only. Please submit an application through our website at www.mostlymutts.org if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets. We are receiving a large volume of applications and processing may take a little bit longer than normal. We are grateful for your interest, and an adoption counselor will be in touch as quickly as possible. Please give us 48 hours to respond before sending a follow-up email. Don’t see a dog or cat for you on the website? Submit the application anyway!! We are taking in a large number of dogs and cats weekly. Due to the overwhelming demand, many are matched with approved applicants prior to being posted online. Our adoption counselors will be happy to help make a great match for you and your family. We do require an interview, references and a contract. Must be 21 or over to adopt.
