In the shelter’s words
Meet Comet There are cats who pass through your life quietly. Comet is not one of them - and you'll know it the moment dinner time approaches. He has a song for that. A whole production, really, and you can tell it's one he's been rehearsing all eight years of his life. It's as elaborate as it is endearing. It will become your favorite part of the day. He also sits on command and loves to fetch treats! But Comet isn't all theatrics. Underneath the dinner serenades and the enthusiastic commentary on daily life is a cat of surprising depth: he's gentle, deeply affectionate, and genuinely devoted to the people he loves. He wants to be near you. Not just in the same room, but with you, in the full sense of the word. Comet has spent seven of his eight years in a home, which means he arrives already knowing how this works. He knows what a good life feels like, and he's ready to build another one. The foundation is already there - he just needs someone to share it with.
