Meet Smokey – Your Personal Shadow, Fetch Partner & Professional Cuddlebug! Smokey is a charming, curious, affectionate 3-year-old boy who believes life is better when shared with his favorite humans! Reading a book? Watching TV? Moving from room to room? Smokey is all in! He has a serious case of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and wants to be wherever the action is. And if you happen to sit down, even better-he’ll happily claim your lap for some quality cuddle time! This clever boy has a favorite game, too: fetch! He’ll proudly bring you his toy mouse or even a hair tie and wait for you to toss it again. He also enjoys bird and wildlife-watching, whether through a window or on TV. Smokey has perfected the adorable flop-at-your-feet move. Add in his cute, crackly little meow, and resistance is pretty much impossible! Smokey is also a social guy who gets along wonderfully with other cats. He loves a good game of chase, wrestling, or tunnel adventures with his feline friends. He’d be thrilled to be adopted with his brother, Ollie, but he could also live on his own as long as he has another playful feline friend at home. Smokey would do best in a home with older children, ages 12 and up. If you’re looking for a loving companion who will keep you entertained, join you for just about everything, and make your lap his favorite destination, Smokey might be your perfect match!

Our adoption fee is $190 which covers spay/neuter at our veterinarian, vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, combo testing, and microchipping. The first step in our adoption process is filling out our non-binding Adoption Application. The next step is a home visit either virtually or in person. The potential adopter will then be able to meet the animal at the foster's home and if it is a good fit, take the animal home. They will pay the adoption fee, fill out our Adoption Agreement, and receive the animal's medical records.
