In the shelter’s words
Brief Bio: Lowell grew up in a loving foster home with his sister Lala. He enjoys the company of other cats once he gets to know them.Summary of Personality: Lowell is a tender-hearted fellow. He starts out a little shy when meeting new friends, but give him some scritches and he comes around. He has a deep purr and will even drool a little if you pet him just right! He likes wand toys and crinkle balls. Lowell would do great in a quieter home with other friendly animals or even older kids.Is your foster litter box trained?: Yes
