In the shelter’s words
Frances knows how to get attention! His story with us started as he stopped multiple lanes of traffic and was pulled out the engine of a car. After all of the excitement calmed down he was found to be a complete mush - loves people, loves laps, loves cuddling, loves toys. He is a boy that is guaranteed to spread joy wherever he goes. Imagine coming home to him everyday? Adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/241715082920149 Email animalrescuecarolina@yahoo.com

Plan a visit with the source organization
We have an application that must be filled out including a vet reference and non-relative references. A 24 hour hold on the application allows the ARC volunteer to call references and follow up with any questions for the potential adopter. A home visit may be scheduled at this point. If the person is approved, they must sign a contract. An adoption fee is required, however this may be waived in special circumstances. If for any reason in the future they can no longer take care of the pet, the animal must be returned to ARC.
Confirm availability, fees and the meeting address before traveling.
