In the shelter’s words
(Central Texas Adoption Only)Meet Tiramisu: A Sweet but Shy Feline Looking for a Special Home. Very a patient adopter who understands her and will work with her. Tiramisu, like the beloved dessert, is a layered mystery—delicate, rich in personality, and undeniably captivating. She’s a stunning 2-year-old Nebelung and Maine Coon mix with luxurious gray fur that’s as soft as a cloud, adorned with a charming touch of white on her chest and a little spot on her chin. Her golden eyes, with their deep, soulful gaze, seem to tell a story of resilience and hope.Having spent her early life fending for herself on the streets, Tiramisu is skittish and incredibly shy, but beneath that timid exterior lies a heart that yearns for love and safety. She needs a home where patience isn’t just a virtue but a way of life. Tiramisu isn’t the type of cat who will warm up to you immediately. She’ll likely observe from a distance, quietly assessing whether she can trust you. But when she finally decides to let you in, the bond you’ll share will be profound and deeply rewarding.Tiramisu is looking for an adopter who is experienced with shy cats and understands the slow, delicate process of earning trust. If you can offer her a safe, calm environment where she can feel secure, Tiramisu will slowly but surely reveal the sweet, affectionate side of her personality. She’s not just looking for a home; she’s looking for someone who will see beyond her shyness and appreciate the unique, sweet spirit within.Thank you for considering adopting one of our kittens/cats.
