In the shelter’s words

MEET TINY: 56 POUNDS OF LOVE, SOULFUL EYES & A LITTLE BIT OF PAW-SHAKING PERSUASION! Meet Tiny, an adorable 7-year-old Pit Bull mix who has perfected the art of stealing hearts with one look. Seriously, those expressive eyes look straight into your soul, and before you know it, he’s holding up his paw to convince you that he should get whatever he wants. And honestly? He makes a pretty compelling argument. At 56 pounds, Tiny is the perfect size for a whole lot of cuddles, and snuggling is definitely one of his favorite activities! He's also super food-motivated, crate-trained, and talented enough to catch treats right out of the air. Want to teach him something new? Treats are definitely the way to his heart!Tiny is nearly housebroken and just needs a patient person willing to help him put the finishing touches on that skill. He's still learning, and a little understanding and consistency will go a long way.Tiny gets along with other dogs, but his feelings about cats and children are currently unknown at this time. Tiny makes friends with humans quickly with proper introductions. He has shown the tendency to bark at people who are jogging or walking by him when he is out in public spaces with a lot of activity, like parks. He just needs adopters who are willing to work through this behavior so he can learn to relax in public spaces. . With patience, kindness, and the chance to settle in at his own pace, Tiny has the potential to build wonderful relationships.Tiny's dream home? A loving home with a patient human who appreciates a dog with a big heart, a silly little paw trick, and plenty of affection to give. Someone who will celebrate his progress, help him continue learning, and make him feel safe and loved.Tiny is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations, and he's ready to find the person who will give this sweet boy the happy home he deserves. Seven years young, 56 pounds of cuddle potential, and eyes you won't forget, Tiny is ready to make himself right at home... preferably on your couch, right next to you. Tiny is available for adoption on 10/23/26 through Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale, PA KL# 16182.
