In the shelter’s words
Hi, I'm Wicky and I came from a surrender of about 22-24 budgies. I'm splay-legged, but I move just fine in a standard cage setup. All of us were a little flighty upon arrival, but we soon settled in. We are not used to being handled, but are food motivated. Once we felt comfortable, we started coming down to eat as soon as our new food dishes arrive. We even continue to eat as Foster Mom changes our cage papers! We are eating Roudybush pellets and seed, and enjoy romaine and kale (not so much though). We will also investigate wet parsley. We enjoy playing with and chewing toys (especially the balsa ones that are Mickaboo-made). We are endlessly curious, and have managed to explore anything new added to our house. Sparkle, Tila, and I all came to Mickaboo without names, and now are named individuals with distinct personalities. We are looking for our forever homes and hope we can stick together .... maybe with you?You can see more about me at https://mickaboo.org!
