**NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS!**Meet Matthew, one of our adorable “Dresden Files” puppies! Born on 9/11/26, Matthew and his siblings have a 30-pound heeler mix mom and an unknown dad. We estimate they’ll grow to around 40–45 pounds full grown. Matthew will be ready to head to his adoptive home after 11/19/26.Matthew is officially the biggest boy of the litter, and he has the big, brave personality to match! This confident little guy is a fearless adventurer who loves exploring new surroundings without a second thought. New sights, sounds, and play areas? No problem! Matthew is ready to investigate it all.But don’t let his bold spirit fool you—Matthew is a total softie at heart! He’s a serious cuddle bug who would happily spend his day hanging out with his favorite people, being carried around in their arms, or snoozing right in their laps. He’s also incredibly smart and very food-motivated, which should make training sessions especially rewarding for his future family.Matthew is looking for a loving home that will encourage his adventurous spirit while giving him plenty of affection, playtime, and opportunities to learn. Like any puppy, he’ll need continued training, guidance, and socialization as he grows, but his combination of confidence, intelligence, and cuddly charm makes him a wonderful little package. We strive to find the best match for each animal, and applications may take up to 48 hours to process.Matthew will be microchipped, and CAWS will cover his first full year of puppy vaccinations as well as his neuter surgery at around 6 months of age.
