In the shelter’s words

Wink | The Little One-Eyed Wonder Still WaitingAPPLY HERE: https://linktr.ee/savinglivy Some cats get overlooked because they're different.Wink has been overlooked simply because people haven't taken the time to see just how incredible he is. Wink is the last of our beloved "Blind Mice" litter still waiting for a family. His sister, Blink, found her happily ever after long ago, but somehow this amazing little guy has spent nearly his entire first year of life growing up in rescue. When Wink was found as a tiny kitten, he was gravely ill. The infection was so severe that one of his eyes never fully developed. He also battled gastrointestinal issues for months while we searched for answers, but thanks to lots of time, patience, and medical care, he's now healthy, happy, and ready for a family of his own. If you didn't know Wink had limited vision, you'd never guess it. He runs, climbs, wrestles, chases toys, and explores every corner of the house with confidence. He has learned to navigate the world through sound, scent, and touch, proving every single day that being different has never slowed him down. And when the adventures are over? That's when Wink becomes the biggest cuddle bug. He loves curling up on your chest or shoulder, purring himself to sleep while soaking up every bit of love he can get. Wink doesn't know he's different. He just knows he's been waiting. Waiting for someone to look past one little eye and see the purrfect little boy we've known all along. → 1 year old→ Male→ Plush short-to-medium black coat→ Vision impaired but thriving→ Sweet, playful & incredibly affectionate→ Healthy and ready for his forever home→ Great with cats, dogs & kids→ Fully vetted Wink has spent almost his entire first year waiting for someone to choose him.Let's make sure he doesn't spend another birthday without a family of his own—a true furever commitment.
