In the shelter’s words
DOB: July 2017Weight: 50 poundsBrinkmann originally came to us as a puppy. His adoptive parents were going through divorce and could no longer keep him.Temperament: Friendly, easygoing, and happy-go-lucky with familiar faces. Brinkmann is a bright and happy boy who is looking for a firm and experienced pack leader. He knows some basic commands and can sit on verbal cues. He is housebroken. He loves going on walks and sniffing everything he can. We tried a sensation harness on him and he walked like a dream. Brinkmann can be dog-selective at times, but he gets along great with his dog friends at TBL!If you'd like to meet this pup, please visit www.thebarkinglot.net/adoptTo initiate the adoption process for this dog, please complete our online application by clicking below. Plan a visit with the source organization
Our goal is to find the right match for each pooch based on lifestyle, energy level, exercise regime, environment and living situation. To ensure we find a great match for each pup, the process includes: 1) Filling out an Adoption Application. 2) a play date with your furry friend, 3) a home check of the potential adopter, 4) an adoption contract, 5) an adoption fee. The adoption fees include spay/neuter, up-to-date shots, rabies vaccination, microchip & microchip registration, de-worming and the benefit of getting a pooch who has been living in a stable and loving environment. Dogs are fostered in our homes to create the same type of environment into which each will be adopted. We strive to meet each pup's needs in terms of exercise, socialization and basic manners, including potty training.
