You can see an interview with me and my foster from April 2026 in this video feature . I am adjusting to a new life in foster care. I don't talk like I used to but I laugh a lot. I enjoy hanging upside down in my cage. My step up needs a lot of work. I don't like to step up on a perch or stick. It'll take time for me to get comfortable with all the changes. It's an amazon thing. If you'd like to visit with me, please contact my amazon coordinator. November 2025 Update from my foster parents: Calvin is a good eater, steps up on a perch, seems to prefer women (although our only personal experience is 1 data point, we have heard that from the previous owner he preferred women), is not very loud other than some calling at the expected times, doesn't have any words or phrases that we've heard (although he used to, apparently), and happily gives himself a bath from his water dish when he wants one. On his preferences, he likes attention from women more than men but will step up for both on the rope perch. We haven't really tried the hand step up, except in cases where he's been on the floor and will step up on whatever to get off the floor. Also, he does enjoy head skritches and will indicate he wants them by bowing his head.You can see more about me at https://mickaboo.org!
