In the shelter’s words
Meet Rafael!!Do you long for a canine companion who appreciates a good nap over a marathon run? Then look no further than Rafael, our distinguished senior gentleman! This small (19 lbs), Carin Terrier mix has mastered the art of relaxation. Rafael comes pre-programmed with all the best doggie manners (he’s had 8 years to practice!) and he’s not about that “chewing your shoes” life. He’s more of a “snuggle on the couch and watch reality TV” kind of guy. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, high-cuddle companion Rafael is your man. He’s ready to retire to a life of luxury… preferable at your house! He is house trained and good with other dogs. Before and after his grooming! He looks so much better and a little cooler!Available dogs are met by pre-approved adopters ONLY after a match is made. The application is the first step. Please complete the adoption (or foster) application here: https://www.russellrescuetn.com/application-for-adoption/Adoption fee: $300 if paid via cash or check; $308 (includes transaction fee) if paid via PayPal or Venmo.
